Solo piano is a classic and can set the perfect mood for a classy event. It’s just as it sounds, I come in and play standard jazz repertoire. Perfect for cocktail dinners, weddings receptions, parties, you name it!

Solo Piano

The most common group is the piano trio (piano, bass, drums.) This format can easily fade into the background and set the mood, or take the stage as the main event. As flexible players, the show is tailored to your event.

Popular duo formats are piano & sax/trumpet, or piano & bass. I can also be joined by a drummer or a vocalist, it’s up to you!

Trio Configurations:

  • piano/bass/vocal

  • piano/bass/sax or trumpet

Duo/Trio

Does your event need a larger group? That’s no problem, I can put together a full size horn section with great players! Popular quartet options include:

  • piano/bass/drums/vocal

  • piano/bass/drums/sax or trumpet

*A quintet would include both sax and trumpet

Quartet/Full Band

Additional Info:

  • After getting all of your booking information I can have a contract drawn up within 24 hours.

  • Rates vary depending on group sizes and the nature of your event. For an evening of solo piano I charge $150/hr + travel expenses. For multiple musicians, we charge a similar hourly rate per musician.

  • I typically perform with an electric keyboard, it sounds great and as long as there is an outlet I can handle all equipment myself.

    If a grand piano is provided (and is in tune), I will happily play it.

  • A sound system depends on the nature of the group and venue. If a PA system is required I ask that you provide one or cover the cost of a rental. I have a limited system, for larger events this may not suffice.
